We have appointment availability throughout the week, the weekends, and evenings. Your therapist will work with you to find the best time. Ideally, your selected time will stay the same every week/bi-weekly, but we are flexible to your needs!
After you schedule your first appointment, you will receive a confirmation email, along with intake paperwork to complete before you arrive.
At your first appointment, we will review your paperwork and talk through your goals for therapy. Together, we will create a plan to make sure that you get exactly what you’re looking for out of sessions.
Not sure what you want out of therapy? Don’t worry! We will help guide you. At the end of session, we will talk about how often you would like to come (it is recommended every week or every other week at first) and schedule your follow up appointment.
