What is Trauma Therapy?

Trauma can range from major experiences to negative memories that stay with our minds and bodies long after the events have passed. 


You may be experiencing a trauma response if you notice you are having intense emotional reactions, are avoiding things that might cause a physical or emotional response, are having strong relational conflicts, or are experiencing physical tension and pain.
