Welcome to the field. I'm Nicole Ponce, LPC-S and LCDC. I have a passion for helping new counselors explore their skills and interests and expanding their knowledge. I work from a person-centered approach, meaning that I trust that you have all of the answers innately within you, I'm simply here to provide guidance and clarity.
I have worked with children, in community settings, in residential treatment centers, and rehabs, to name a few! I currently own a private practice that focuses on holistic healing. I specialize in trauma, specifically complex trauma, somatic healing, internal family systems, and addiction.
Additionally, I have experience supervising Associates who have opened their own private practice.
